A. We offer high-quality products at reasonable prices. Please inquire, and we will quote you a price for you to refer to at once.

Q. How do you control your quality?

A. We request that QC inspect every production link for each batch of goods. When the goods are finished, we can provide you with a mill certificate. You can also let a third-party inspector come to test the goods, or we can send samples to your Lab.

Q. Could you provide free samples?

A. For new customers, We can provide free samples for standard fasteners, But the clients will pay the express charges. For old customers, We will send you free samples and pay express charges ourselves.

Q. Do you accept small orders?

A. Sure, we can accept any orders, including customized production in small batches. we keep lots of stock for the Conventional model.

Q. How about your delivery time?

A. General speaking, if the goods are in stock, we can deliver them within 5-15days, If the quantity is 1-2container, we can give you 20-50days, if the quantity is more than 2 containers and you are very urgent, we can let the factory priority produce your goods.

Q. What is your packing?

A. We customize cartons according to customers’ requests and also can make the customer’s logo on the cartons. One pallet is about 900-960kg.

Q. What is your payment term?

A. We can accept T/T, LC for general orders, Paypal, and Western Union for small orders or sample orders.
