Black Color Coated Square Tension Bands are a specialty chain link fence fitting that is used to attach the chain link fabric, or fence to the terminal posts, i.e. end posts, corner posts and/or gate posts. These square bands are perfect for adding chain link fence fabric to ornamental metal-style fence posts.

In general, use one less tension band than the height of the fence you are installing, i.e. a 5' high fence uses 4 tension bands per hook-up. These black square tension bands should be spaced approximately 12-18" apart. We carry tension bands for 2"x 2-1/2", 3", and 4" square tubing.

Each band requires a 5/16" x 1-1/4" carriage bolt and hex nut to attach to tubing (not included).
